2025 CAGC Conference Encore Series: Genetic Counsellor Spotlight

Missed the annual education conference in Banff? Need more education credits? 

The Encore Series is a new asynchronous educational package available for purchase through the CAGC website, designed for those who did not attend the 2025 joint CAGC/CCMG conference.

You asked for virtual conference content — we’ve provided it!

The package features select recorded talks from the 2025 conference, including a special spotlight on genetic counsellors across the profession. Participants will have access to the content until December 2026, allowing flexibility to learn at their own pace.

Please refer to the program details for included sessions and access information. Registration fees are $148.00 plus tax for members and $168.00 plus tax for non-members. The package is pre-approved for the following educational credits:

This conference has been approved by the Canadian Board of Genetic Counselling (CBGC) for 5.18 CECs.

The National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC) has authorized Canadian Association of Genetic Counsellors to offer up to 0.52 CEUs or 5.20 Category 1 contact hours for the activity Conference Encore Series: Genetic Counsellor Spotlight. The American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) will accept CEUs earned at this program for the purposes of genetic counselor recertification.
