Looking to recruit Canadian genetic counsellors for your research study?

The CAGC provides several opportunities to share research recruitment materials with our network of more than 400 genetic counsellor members across Canada.

Advertising Rates
The cost to distribute research recruitment materials depends on the organization submitting the request:

• CAGC Student Members: One complimentary email broadcast (e-blast) to advertise a research study. Additional reminder e-blasts are $50 CAD (plus tax). Students must logged in and be a member to select the “free” option (join here)
• Individuals and Non-Profit Organizations: $50 CAD (plus tax) per advertisement.
• For-Profit Organizations and Corporate Entities: $400 CAD (plus tax) per advertisement.

How to Submit
To submit a research recruitment request, select the option below and make your payment. Student Members must be logged in to select the “free” option. Following payment, you will be prompted to complete a form to submit materials for distribution. All submissions are reviewed by the CAGC Regional Representatives before distribution. Once approved, your recruitment materials will be shared with the membership.

Please note that requests for changes or cancellations after submission are subject to a 20% administrative fee. We encourage you to review your advertisement carefully before submitting to ensure all information is accurate.
